I simply love looking at maps. It can be fun while trip planning, to think about what a day would be like in a new place, to see how far different regions are from each other. With digital maps now ubiquitous on our cell phones, I gaze at them at least once a week. The world is so incredibly vast, and there are so many interesting places to visit and explore. Maps can help capture that wonder for the planet, and reinforce that it truly is one big beautiful amazing world.
